Weston Title & Escrow Announces Closing
on Land for Multi-Million Dollar Homes at Weston Border
Roy Oppenheim, president of Weston Title and Escrow announces the
closing on one of the larger undeveloped land deals in Broward County.
The deal calls for Landmark
Custom Ranches, to build up to 50 custom homes, starting at
$1.4 million, approximately one mile south of the Weston city limit
in the rural southwest town of Southwest Ranches. Oppenheim, who's
also an attorney and partner in the law firm of Oppenheim Pilelsky,
P.A. provided outside counsel to Landmark in the deal.

Weston
Title & Escrow has announced the closing of the construction loan
on Millennium Plaza at Weston, an upscale office and retail complex
at 2800 Weston Road combines 23,000 square feet of Class "A" office
space as well 19,500 square feet of retail space. Millennium
Development Enterprises, Inc., a Weston-based real estate company
headed by Ignacio Martinez, developed the project.
Land acquisition was $2.05 million, site work cost $470,738 and
building construction was $2.09 million. In the retail section,
leases have been signed for Don Pan Bakery, Terra Mila antique store,
Weston Nails nail spa, Avila restaurant and catering, Press More
Dry Cleaners, Weston Beauty Shop and Weston Tanning. In the office
space, leases have been signed with Marvin Shulman & Associates,
P.A. and Millennium Realty Investments.
"Millennium Plaza is one of the premier properties in this fast
growing city," said Oppenheim. It includes Weston Road Frontage,
Restaurants & Retail on site, plenty of Parking, individually covered
entries and it is in a prime location next door to the new Cleveland
Clinic.

Weston
Title & Escrow has announced the closing of an $8.4 million dollar
construction loan for Millennium Plaza at Parkland. Millennium
Development Enterprises, Inc., a Weston-based real estate company
headed by Ignacio Martinez, is developing the project.
The Millennium Plaza at Parkland contains over 62,000 square feet
of restaurant and retail space. Located at the intersection of U.S.
441 and Mecca Boulevard, the plaza promises to be a neighborhood
commercial hub. Even before completion, leases have been signed
for the Nail Spa, Casa Bella Sera Italian Restaurant, Don Pan Bakery
and DryClean USA.
"Millennium Plaza integrates a neighborhood friendliness with fine
architecture and design," said attorney Roy Oppenheim.
Construction is underway and scheduled for completion in December
2002.
Roy Oppenheim, senior partner of the Oppenheim Pilelsky law firm
in Weston and William H. McCarty, of Counsel with the firm, represented
Parkland 2000 in obtaining the construction loan from Commerce Bank
and in the leasing.
